Description

This camp is designed for dedicated rep players looking to improve their skills, on-ice thinking, and understanding of game concepts.  During the off-ice component players will learn about proper stretching, warm-up, and pre-game preparation.  Individual skills, positional play, and competitive situations are common to the training plan.

Classroom: nutrition, pre-game prep & hockey essentials

2:45pm           
resistance training:1 v 1, 2 v 2, shooting w/ pressure, shot blocking

3:55pm           
High-Tempo Scrimmage: high-speed short shifts

4:35pm           
Off-ice early pick up

5:00pm-Day ends
